Refund policy
At Art Is My Universe, we strive to ensure that you're in love with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please refer to our policy below.
Returns of Original Artwork
If you are not completely satisfied with your new artwork, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to return it. To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accompanying documentation. Please take care when unpacking and repacking the artwork to avoid damage.
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 14 days, and commissions or bespoke items are non-refundable, as they are personalised creations.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please complete a form at the Contact Us section, or via an email at jasminamendozasandino@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including a return shipping label.
Please note that:
- Returns must be shipped to the United Kingdom.
- Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us immediately at jasminamendozasandino@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging to help us assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected to ensure it is in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
