How much does delivery cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all artwork, that is included in the price.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are unable to find a shipping option for your location, please contact us through the website contact form at jasminamendozasandino@gmail.com for a tailored shipping quote.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Original Artwork: Orders are dispatched from the artist’s studio within 5 working days. For UK orders, delivery typically takes 48 hours after dispatch.
  • Smaller Items: Smaller items are shipped via First Class post within 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability.

 

If you require your artwork urgently, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text notification with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

 

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Most deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Please check the packaging for any signs of damage before signing. If you notice damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

 

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage along with the packaging and contact us immediately at jasminamendozasandino@gmail.com. This will help us evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, all tracked orders include a tracking number provided via email or text once your item has been collected by the courier. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
