"The Prayer" is a deeply emotional piece, born during a difficult time when I was battling a lung infection—a recurring struggle that returns with every winter. Created using brushes and knives, this painting captures both my vulnerability and my strength.

The woman, dressed in a flowing blue gown, represents me—blue being one of my favorite colors, along with red. Her posture, both surrendering and reaching, expresses the silent dialogue between pain and hope. In her hand, a rosary dangles, symbolizing faith, while the arches behind her evoke the spiritual passage between suffering and healing.

The textured background, with its ethereal, dreamlike strokes, creates a space between reality and reflection—a place where hope lives beyond the shadows.
